Exports of ferroalloys from Ukraine increased by 26.1% y/y in January-November

Ukraine's ferroalloy exports rose 26.1% year on year across January to November, marking a recovery in a supplier that European buyers historically leaned on. More Ukrainian material in the market changes the competitive picture for Indian exporters into Europe, particularly for silico manganese and ferro manganese, where the two origins often compete on the same tenders. Coming alongside the EU's safeguard measures, the recovery adds one more force reshaping who supplies European mills — and at what price Indian material can still compete.
